Header , footer ……builders are not working through wp customizer

when I try to customize my store with xstore builder nothing happens , I can’t even see the green box that pops up when pointing with my mouse

this is the error from home page inspector

jqmigrate migrate is installed

the probleme is not with elementor it’s with xstore builder , I need it to add and delete things from the main header
