Header hover and active state not working

Hello! On my header (used a prebuilt theme in the xstore header builder), I chose a header menu text color that should be applied when the user hovers over or has one of the menu items active but it doesn’t seem to be working. The entire menu is the active color. Basically I chose the pre-built theme, and changed Text Color (Hover, Active) in the main menu section.

Any tips?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your current settings first. Provide us with some screenshots also.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
