Header icons and menu not working in IOS

Hi,

I’ve encountered the following issues on iOS/Safari while using the Default 01 template:

Header icons (cart and favorites): Require two taps to trigger the action.
Burger menu: Not functioning at all.

These issues don’t seem to be related to my website, as I have tested the demos in your official website on my iphone/safari, they have the same issues.

Based on our assessments, we were unable to replicate the problem as described. For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating our findings (check private content).

To assist you further, could you please provide us with the model details of the devices you used? Additionally, it may be beneficial to verify the issue on alternative devices as it is possible that the problem is isolated to your current device, potentially due to local caching systems.

Hi,

Thanks for your reponse.

The issue is only on Iphone IOS using safari. I t is working fine on other browsers. I beleive the demonstration shared is not on safari/ ios.

Device userd: iphone 11 pro / IOS 15.2.1
Safari version: 15.2.1

as you see in the video, the behaviour is not the same. Please not i have to taptwice for the link to work. I f i click the first time on favorite it doesnt do anything if the second tap is on the cart icon the link goes to favorites. This is extremly strange.

Please not that this can’t be related to caching. All caches are cleared many times without succes. alos, i haven’t encounter issues in safari for other website as this my primary personnal phone.

The menu icon is just not working nothing happens when i tap on it.

Hello @Hichfan

Did you try testing the issue on other devices ? We just made a few tests on our iPhones in Safari browsers and there is no issues shown.
iPhones v14, v15
