Header is not installed, please help me out.

The header is not installed, but when I install the WooCommerce plugin, it gets installed. However, I don’t need WooCommerce. Is there a way to install the header without requiring this plugin?

Could you please provide the URL and temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
