    Good day

Probably, after some resent updates, “Menu” does not allow me to add any additional lines. More over, some of them were lost. I created a new “Main menu” and add some lines from scratch. When I tried to save it, two check boxes on the bottom of menu page “Main menu” and “Mobile menu” became empty.

There is an urgent request since web page is the live online shop.

How can I send you print-screen of menu I had before?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

you can create the screenshots via LightShot program.
    https://app.prntscr.com/uk/download.html

Also please update the theme and plugins to the latest versions.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

“Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.”

Does it mean I’ll loose all my goods from online store with photo and descriptions?

No, this step needs to update the files.

But please don’t forget to make backup of the site to avoid any problems.

It’s ok now. I did upload of Classico folder again. But it does not solve my initial issue with Menu. It’s still same problem.

    Hello,

We can’t access your site, there is an error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_object_page() (previously declared in /var/www/v-15547/data/www/new.walksafari.kz/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:1101) in /var/www/v-15547/data/www/new.walksafari.kz/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 1342

The problem is with WordPress. Have you updated it?
Try to reupload WordPress files via FTP.

Does the issue with menu persist only with our theme or with another too? Please check it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Good day Eva

We restore site from backup (May,15th) and updated Classico to v. 1.6. But it does not solve my initial issue with Menu. I still cannot add any addition line in it.

    Hi Eva

It’s a lot of options here http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-custom-menu-items-limit-in-wordpress/ how to solve it. But only one helped me indeed:

“I’ve added php_value max_input_vars 5000 to my .htaccess file and it solved the problem.”

Thank you a lot. I would never find it without your help.
