Header my account doesn’t go to my account page

On the Main header (desktop), when you click on the My Account link (with the person icon and the name of the customer), it doesn’t go to your My Account page, but instead it opens the Shopping Cart Sidebar. It only behaves as expected when you actually are in your My Account page (by clicking the link available on the footer).

Hello,

1) I checked your site and don’t see the mentioned issue https://recordit.co/vr7ChbYI7X
2) I see that you made some additional customization in child theme and it generates the js error. So, take a look at this and fix the js error that is made by your custom code.

Hello,
The issue happens when you are logged in and on the homepage then click on the my account tab as you did in the video. It only happens once you’re logged in not when logged out.
