Meu header aparece duplicado na versao mobile do header builder, e ao ver o site o mesmo nao atualiza o responsivo e aparece modo desktop no mobile ou vise-versa.

1) We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the header on your mobile device. Please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Xstore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to General/Layout.
4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
5. Turn it OFF.
6. Click on Publish.
After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.

2) Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.

1) Maybe a custom header is used, and you need to edit it too. Go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit custom header for the Front page.
2) In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

For your information, we have commented out the CSS code under the following path: XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS. This action has effectively resolved the issue.
