Hello, I need to add social icon on the header navigation, but I don’t understand why when I need widgets on the “Place in header top bar” it don’t see change.

Hello,

You are using the 11th header type where languages area isn’t displayed. You need select some other header type where language icons are shown.
Also please read this article how to add social media buttons (what code needs to be written):
