Header not displaying on site after installation

    Hi, My header is not displaying on my site after installing the spice template. Please assist ?

    Hello, @Musemiu,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1/ If you imported the spice demo with elementor page builder on your website, Please always use a one-page builder at the same time to avoid any inconvenience (Elementor)

    2/ We kindly request that you navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > change the value to “Active”.

    3/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    4/ If the issue persist, Please provide your site wp-admin access in private content area so we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.
