Header not showing correctly, elements are sticked together

Hi,

When I’m at anywhere else in a page except the top, when I try to scroll up the header will appear but the elements are all mixed together as seen in: https://prnt.sc/U9Cm-X82zT-Y

I’ve turned on sticky on smart for both the slider and header but the header does not stick as I scroll down.

Hello Yao,

We would like to suggest an optimal configuration for the header builder. It is advisable to place two sub-containers within a single container and set it to ‘sticky’. This arrangement will ensure the desired functionality and appearance.

Otherwise, both elements may appear to be sticky https://prnt.sc/j8RS-9W56svb , but in reality, they will be on the same level, causing the card of the first container to be positioned underneath.

To assist you effectively, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

Hi,

Thanks for the troubleshoot, I’ve tried to fix it and managed to get it half working.

Currently it’s showing as it should but there is no background so the headers blend into the content of the page as shown in: https://prnt.sc/tNDkj9X_YS_9

I’ve included the login details already, thank you for looking into this!

Thanks for the guidance, I’ve figured out how it works already.

However, I’m now facing another issue which is that the Shop, Category and Individual Product pages are displaying weirdly on desktop devices. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gkVdjWKmAyMb

Basically, all pages that show products are not loading properly on desktop devices.
