Header Not showing on website Home page or Entire Website

Hello Team,

I have downloaded the Mega Menu Grocery template on my website, but its header is not appearing on the home page.

Could you please check and let me know the reason for this?

Please go to XStore Builders > Header via Elementor > edit conditions; currently your home page header template is empty – https://prnt.sc/QF-kx-ALvaCD ;
and remove unused headers – https://prnt.sc/shOXLufbFmZW , for example, https://prnt.sc/0slVM_K2yE9-

Currently, you have a few headers that were set for the entire site https://prnt.sc/RCcsupcTDico , this is incorrect and may cause conflicts, please check the conditions of your templates and make sure that only 1 template is set for the entire site.

Hello Team,

I am facing an issue when trying to edit a product with Elementor. The message “you are on edit mode, please check real product” appears, and I am unable to see the options to edit elements like product title, image, price, etc. This makes it very difficult for me to make any changes.

When I click on the option to edit a single product, this message appears, and I can’t proceed with the editing. I need to be able to see the changes in real time on the right side to understand what modifications I am making.

If I cannot see the changes, I will not be able to work with this theme and may have to return it.

Sorry, I have worked with many paid themes over the past 5 years, but this theme seems very complicated in terms of appearance. This is making editing very difficult.
Please take care of this issue.
