Header not update logo and connection block

Hi Dear, recentl I buy this theme. I try to change the logo and connection block, in the editing page is working, but if you try see it in another windows, don’t show the changes. I try reset the server and clear cache without exit 🙁

We can’t see your second screenshot.
Could you provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look?
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
