Header Overlap..Need base Image to be under Header

Look at the header on our home page…Would want the image to continue under the Header… Also with the New Possibilities page as well.

Use the header overlap option https://gyazo.com/bd65457585403b4a7757b528ad2b4911 and set the transparent header bg https://gyazo.com/874ae38e4cd28edc69282ff4d4807f40
