Header section animation rendor is not displaying on mobile and tablet view

hello the animation section is not showing on mobile and tablet please tell me how to fix that,and i have remove title text fro search symbol still its not going on header secrtion
and you can see my account svg on too right side i have adjust the spacing and but it still attached to right side of that website please help me to fix that!

why the animation is not looking on mobile view and tab view!
and the other categories content is not shoing on home page!
and how to change the blog image and heading please help me
