Headers Templates (Elementor) Not Loading to Site

Hi,

New to Xstore Loaded the Jewellery Template, for some reason the Header never loaded.

I’m trying to insert from your Header Templates using the Elementor Builder (Tutorial Below)

Every time I ‘Insert’ nothing shows.

Hello, @shind,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We kindly request that you navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > change the value to “Active”.

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

3/ If the issue persist, Please provide your site wp-admin access in private content area so we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.
