Hello,

Translate theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
If you already have theme translation files in the correct folder make sure that files are synchronized with your version of pot file https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

If it still does not work for you, provide FTP and Dashabord access to site, we’ll check.
