Hello, I bought the theme awhile ago.
And it went from smooth loading times, to a dead webpage.
I’ve only installed the plugins that comes with the theme.
I’ve done nothing else but editing the content.
My host dont got any issues whatsoever, ive contacted them and they say that everything is fine from their part.
I need some serious help to make it work or I have to ask for a refund from you. Because I didnt buy a theme to die by itself. 🙂

Thats the issue. Worked yesterday, but LONG loading time, and this morning, cant get to the site at all. I’ve already contacted my host and they dont got any issue that can affect it. And my site works on the same host.

Hello,

Does the issue persist with default theme too? If so you need ask your host regarding this problem. If it is only with our theme please create a ticket at support.8theme.com and our specialists will look into this problem. Don’t forget to provide correct login details to FTP and admin panel in the ticket.
