    Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    Hello,

    You are using 8.0.10 version of the theme, but the latest one is 8.0.11, XStore Core plugin – 4.0.10 / 4.0.11. If you need help with the update, just let us know, and confirm that full backup is created, as was mentioned in the documentation.

    Hello,

    Check now. Go to Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global > you can delete “Single product” custom code https://prnt.sc/239r8wo in case you are using the Single Product Builder
