Help Change Header font color r to #800000

I would like to change the header font color to #800000, I try change all header font color, but still no reflect. Here is the image https://ibb.co/db9WvPp

We recommend disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
