Help! Created Single Product Page But Unable to Add It To Prebuilt Demo Template

We need to build a customized Single Product Page for our client. We have followed the tutorials to insert the prebuilt template, but can’t find the option to add it to the Main Demo Template with the same Header and Footers as the Template. Need help to point us to the right direction.
