Help for total newbie with moving my license /registration t

Dear support team.
I am a total newbie and i need your help .
My license is registered to what i think is a temporary URL, not sure what this called.
Unfortunately my the hosting that hosts this temp URL cannot accommodate all the theme requirements, so i was forced to move to another hosting provider.
Now i want to start afresh and move my theme to a new WordPress with new hosting and to my permanent domain. How do i do this?
Could you be so kind to help me with this problem, please?

Unregister and delete the theme from the old project, and you will be able to activate it on your new site.
