Help! How To Static Block Popup Disable - by Oktay

hey, I want to disable the first popup that pops up. I went and trashed the block but still part of the popup opens. how can i disable this?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Go to Theme options > Header builder > delete Newsletter element from the header content, for example – https://gyazo.com/c0db5ef7b2e5cc822f96da7d0db8973c

thank you for your help. but my block is [block id=”2041″] which is opened when the first page is loaded. It opens as a popup. I couldn’t find its location. can you help me

Delete the Newsletter element, as was mentioned, and the static block wouldn’t appear. Please try.
