Help! I have Guest Checkout Enabled But It's Not Working

    Guest checkout doesn’t appear on checkout page and when users try to register it keeps saying username already exists. I’m losing sales. Please help.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and check the issue.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    I created a child and theme and updated as suggested. Thank you. It is working now.
