    Hello I am considering installing na affiliate plugin on my site, but I see that in my account settings there is an affiliate link how con that interact if I install ana external plugin, and how does yours work.

    Hello,

    1) What affiliate plugin do you use and describe in more details what issues caused by our theme do you have? Because I don’t understand the problem from your previous message.
    2) If you have forbidden error when trying to save API settings of MailChimp then contact your hosting provider, maybe it blocks connections. Or submit the topic on MailChimp support forum, plugin developers will be able to help you.

    Hello,

    1) There is no any referral link at my account page by default http://prntscr.com/jf8lyu
    This link is added by Refer A Friend for WooCommerce by WPGens plugin, so, all the questions about these plugin settings you need to address to plugin author. We can help you only if something does not work with our theme only and works fine with the default theme.

    2) We have added custom CSS to reduce the button size and content padding to place button and q-ty in one row. Check please.

    Solved, I deleted something I shouldn´t have, but thanks anyways you have the best support by far compared to any other theme

    Hello,

    Yes, if you want to change the template you can follow WC instructions and make changes in the child theme.

    Hello,

    1. Please check if this issue appears with our theme only or with a default theme too. Reply back in case problem occurs with our theme only, provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area.
    2. Likely it relates to your WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > General > Default customer location > Geolocate with page caching support). Read for more information https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/

    Whenever I try adding a product which is out of stock to the cart it gets stuck in the 8theme ajax preloader and there is no way back

    3)How do I reduce the load times of the woocommerce refreshed fragments on your theme, anyway of not having to redirect users to cart everythimethey add something to it? And in GTmetrix it says this:

    Hello,

    1. By default, the AJAX add to cart works for simple products only. If you use an additional plugin for the ajax on variable products, it would be better to contact the plugin author.
    2. The problem is caused by this custom css code – http://prntscr.com/jw6yvh
    3. There is no possibility to reduce the time of woocommerce refreshed fragments, but you may contact woocommerce support about it.

    Still doesnt show up, the checkbox doesnt appear on mobile version

    And I dont know way there are fonts that I am not using being processed,as GTMetrix shows, do you know where those are? I changed every font from 8theme and Custom CSS —> https://pasteboard.co/HqCu0AU.png

    1. Whare you added the custom css code?
    2. Please update the theme to latest version. Then go to Theme Options > Typography > Upload custom font and upload google front that you want to use > select uploaded fonts in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/jx1bt6

    I think we didnt understand each other, I want every google font to stop loading since it takes up loading times in my website, the only font I am using is Josefin Sans, so I want to removeLato font from loading on GTMtrix as shown in the screenshots above.

    Please update the theme and clear cache. This problem should be fixed after the update.
