Help with costomize modules, thei not work as aspect

Hi,

i’ve problems with some modules:

Product categories: i’ve connected this module with some categories but i want sort with specific order, how can i do? i want show only specific categories with custom order (not by ID or Name)

Ajax Products tab: i’ve created four tabs connected with four categories but it don’t load all products… one tab load only one product but the collection contai 39 products

I’ve created three colums but on mobile version don’t go vertically as responsive content… why?

Regarding your inquiries:

1/ Could you provide the URL of the page and a screenshot of the mentioned block?

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result in the header. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Ok now the first tab load more products… where is the filed increased?

If you would like to have a custom order that is not available in the current widget settings, you can submit a request for additional customization through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Alternatively, you can create your own snippet to achieve the desired sorting.

Hi, i want order the categories with custom order (es: Console as first item and Android as second), the “Order By” settings sort for “ID provided order” too but what kind of order is? I’ve sort categories from WooCommerce but is not possibile display those categories into widget the same order

I want sort “Product categories” block with “menu_order”, I’ve created blank page with this shortcode and it display categories with right order:

[product_categories orderby="menu_order"]

Can I use this orderby into “Product categories” widget?

plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/categories.php

Kindly note that this improvement will be included in the next theme update, so there will be no need to save this file for backup, as the changes will be applied globally with the update.
