Hi, I would like to customize the 404 page like in the screenshot below. But I only found the area of the 404 page in the Theme Options and I suppose I would need to include custom CSS to achieve it. Is there any other way to do it or can you help me doing so?

Thanks and best regards,

Hello @Inesita,
There is only one way to modify the content of the 404 page in our theme. You can find it under XStore >> Theme Options >> 404 Page.
Please create a new Static Block, add the content as per your requirements, then copy the shortcode of that block and paste it under the content area of the option. Please refer to the screenshots provided here: https://postimg.cc/WdfCWH0R and https://ibb.co/j5zhHzf

Hi Tony,
this worked like a charm, thanks!
Now I just need to translate the “all categories” section but I could not find how, or the string in Loco Translate. Can you help?
Thanks,
Inés
Hello @Inesita,
Which “all categories” are you talking about? Could you please share the screenshot and also the page URL having it, so that I will further look into it for you and help you out accordingly?
You may upload the screenshots on https://postimages.org/ and paste the links here.
Kind Regards,
