Thanks for using our theme. Please post different questions via separate topics. Thanks in advance.
1) Translation of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ Do not forget about Core plugin. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
2) Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
3) Loco translate > XStore Core plugin.
4) Do you use Elementor or WPBakery builder? Enable your builder for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/wjkr06 / https://prnt.sc/wjkr6j > https://prnt.sc/wjkri7 https://prnt.sc/wjkrov

2) Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Tabs > Tabs Content Scroll > Off.
4) https://prnt.sc/wjnaui https://prnt.sc/wjncak content of this block was created using WPBakery, so to be able to edit it – https://prnt.sc/wjnctf
Please note that you can’t use Elementor and WPBakery to edit page/block at the same time, use only 1 editor.
