I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with customizing the purchase form on my website, which is built using your template.
Firstly, I have encountered an issue with the purchase form where the essential options for ‘Datenschutz’ (Privacy Policy) and ‘AGBs’ (Terms and Conditions) are not visible. These are critical for compliance with legal requirements, especially in Germany. I need to ensure that customers can explicitly agree to these terms by marking checkboxes before completing their purchase. Could you please guide me on how to add these buttons to the form?
Additionally, I would like to make the phone number field mandatory for customers during the checkout process. This is important for our order verification and customer service processes. Could you advise on how to modify the form to enforce this requirement?
Furthermore, I am experiencing difficulties with the widgets on the site. They seem to be quite unstable and frequently shift positions, making them challenging to use effectively. Could you provide insights or a solution to stabilize the widgets and improve their functionality?

Hi, I’m not 8theme support but regarding your first 2 questions:
Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Checkout
You’ll see:
a) Phone Field – select Required
b) Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions page – select your pages and type text it will show underneath
* Make sure you also select your terms and conditions page on
Wordpress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > in Page setup you’ll see it.
