Help with W3 Total Cache and cart header icon

Hi,
I’ve installed W3TC but I’ve issue… how can exclude some specific parts of page from cache like the header cart icon ?
If I add tho products and W3TC cache all pages with “2” into cart header icon, all users show “2” but they don’t have products into cart…

To exclude WooCommerce cookies from the cache, please navigate to the W3 Total Cache plugin settings and add the following cookie: woocommerce_items_in_cart.
