The message says the update was not able to install because of permisions of inconsistent files. But then when I hit refresh the pluggin looks normal. I just want to know what is it and make sure it wont cause any issues later.

    Hello, @Luis,

We hope this message finds you well. Thank you for bringing the recent update issue to our attention.

The error message you encountered, stating that the update was not able to install due to permissions or inconsistent files, is a common occurrence in WordPress and WooCommerce websites. This message typically appears when the update process encounters difficulties accessing or modifying certain files and directories on your server.

However, it’s encouraging to hear that upon refreshing the page, the plugin appears to be functioning normally. This might suggest that the update was partially successful, and the subsequent refresh resolved any lingering issues.

Clear Cache: Sometimes, caching plugins or server-side caching mechanisms can cause display inconsistencies after an update. Clearing your website cache can help resolve these issues.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
