Hi, I need help with the checkout page and email

Hi,
1) I did a test purchase and it does not show the product for download after the purchase. If you can help me to resolve. I have left the login details in the private content area.
2) It does not send any emails. I have been trying to set up my email but it tells me it is not valid.
3) I have been trying to change the colour of the header image attached. If you can help me to change the colour.

1/ Please test how it works with the Storefront theme and let us know the results of this test.

Test how it works when the Advanced layout is disabled in Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout.

2/ What plugin do you use for the contact form? Have you tried to contact support of the plugin? Please do this.

3/ Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Background Color.
