Hi my website speed is too slow even after disabling all the plugins

Hi my website speed is too slow even after disabling all the plugins, when we checked with the hosting provider and developer they said that inde.php file is eating the resources which is callin the theme and templet to load, hence it is certainly the theme issue, please resolve at the earliest

We have observed that your website currently has 19 active plugins. To address the slow loading issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can refer to the list of included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/.

Alternatively, you may consider creating a staging site to allow us to conduct further testing.

Once the additional plugins have been disabled, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the slow loading issue persists. It is possible that one of the third-party plugins may be contributing to the problem.
