Hide “all brands” and “uncategorized”

Is there a way to hide “all brands” under “collection”? If not, can I change the name (to i.e. “all collections”)?
And is there a way to hide “uncategorized” under “product categories”?

.etheme_widget_brands li.all-items { display: none; }
