Hide out of stock issue - by Alex - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    When i use Hide out of stock products, lot’s of products dissapear including products that are currently in stock. I am using a seperate feed for importing whats in stock. Can u please help me with this problem?

    Hello,

    1) What option do yo use to hide out of stock products?
    2) Do you hide out of stock products on the shop page?
    3) Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Check the shop page after that. Do you still have missing products?

    I am using the option from woocommerce.
    Tried step 3 but still does not work. I am switching back to the child theme

    Hello,

    So, do you mean that it does not work even with the Storefront theme? In this case, you need to contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    We can do nothing if the default option does not work the right way.
