    HI,

I am using STATIC block as a footer – static block was created in ELEMENTOR.

Therefore I would like to DISABLE the default Pre-Footer and Copyrights section of your theme.

Please provide a solution. Is there any setting that can hide this?

Below is a screenshot of the areas that I need to hide.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout > Show Footer Demo Blocks > Off, Theme Options > general > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > delete content from Prefooter area.

    Regards

    HI,

the demo footer blocks were disabled and the old widges panel have been enabled. Prefooter widget is empty and yet the bottom of the page shows an empty copyright bar and “footer” text with some kind of border + white background

I have now changed the appearance of my static block and I am now using your copyright widget instead.

However the empty areas above and below the footer are still present including a footer widget label

And yet another issue is, that our theme editor somehow does not change the apearance on the front end.

In the backend I can see the copyright panel black, but on the actual website I see it white

You have to check various pages to see this issue. I have already fixed the excessive padding of the footer in Customize/Footer/Footer Styling/Paddings

But the pre-footer area is still visible

On some pages it looks OK like on screenshot below
    https://ibb.co/vDGT7BH

While on others there is some kind of pre-footer area with widget/static block title, even though pre-footer widget is empty and unused

    Hello,

That’s not the prefooter, that’s Static block widget title that you added. Don’t add widget title https://prnt.sc/1ya9mon
