Hide the salebooster Free shipping when only Local pickup is displayed

Hi, I have created a code snippet where all shipping options are hidden and only the local pickup is shown. In the code snippet it is linked to a category making this possible.

My question here is if you have an option or code snippet, where the salebooster for Free shipping in the cart can be turned off cq display: none; when it is selected for only Local pickup.
