High CPU USAGE - by Vadim - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, i have a problem with high cpu usage.

    With 10 people on website, it’s always 100%, it loads very slow.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Vadim,

    we have checked your site load speed and it loads normally. Please check your site with Web Page Performance Test tools like:
    https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
    http://www.webpagetest.org/

    i know that i loads normally, but when there are more than 30 people on site, the cpu usage hits 100%, and then the site starts to lag, users can’t create accounts. I’m on VPS.

    Hello,

    You have to contact your hosting provider support and ask them to investigate the issue more deeply.
    They should check server logs and find what exactly is causing high CPU load.

    They said that this file does a lot of queries to my site.
