    I am uploading high-resolution images to my WordPress website, but they appear to lose quality when displayed on the front end. The images seem to be compressed or resized, making them look blurry or pixelated. I have checked my media settings and ensured that I am uploading high-quality files, but the issue persists. It happens across different browsers and devices. Could you please help me identify if this is due to theme settings, automatic compression, or any other factors? I’d appreciate guidance on how to display my images in their original quality.

    Dear [Support Team/Rose Tyler],

    I hope you’re doing well. I appreciate your response to my query earlier today. However, due to a mismatch in our availability, I was only able to reply after so long. I had removed that user due to security reason.

    To ensure we can resolve the issue efficiently, could you please let me know your availability with time-zone for a discussion? I’d be happy to coordinate at a time that works best for you.

    You can reach out to me on 8428561074.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Gulal Lifestyle.

    Dear @gulalbyhomika@gmail.com,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that, in accordance with Envato’s privacy policy, we provide support exclusively through this forum.

    Regarding your issue, we recommend adding the following custom snippet to your “child-theme/functions.php” file:

    add_filter('wp_img_tag_add_auto_sizes', '__return_false');

    Additionally, please review the following response: https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-on-category-block-with-lazy-load-enabled/#post-434168. In a recent WordPress update, the system automatically sets the image size to ‘auto,’ which may be causing the blurry effect you are experiencing.

    If you require further assistance, kindly provide us with the correct access credentials as previously requested. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to our support guidelines.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
