    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand that your host server is sending triggered messages regarding high resource usage, and we appreciate you sharing the screenshots for reference. To assist you further, we kindly request additional details about the issue, such as:

    1. The specific actions or processes that may have caused the high resource usage.
    2. Any recent changes or updates made to your website or server configuration.
    3. The hosting environment details (e.g., shared hosting, VPS, or dedicated server).

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @JiPanditJI
If we request you to provide us the FTP access and WP-ADMIN then it means that we don’t have it as it was sent in other topics. Thanks for understanding !

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

We hope you are doing well.

We have conducted a test using a custom plugin for the heavy sources on your website. You can review the results in the private area.

As shown in the screenshots, the most resource-intensive elements are not related to our theme. Therefore, we kindly recommend reaching out to the support team of the respective plugins for further assistance.

Please let us know if you need any additional information.

    Best regards,

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

We hope you are doing well.

We have completed the tasks that fall within the scope of our support. As you can see from the images of our testing, the issues on your website originate from third-party plugins rather than our theme.

Please note that our support team is responsible only for our own projects. If you require additional, customized speed optimization for your website, you may submit a request here: https://prnt.sc/i9KaE4d9puUP.

Since the identified issues are related to third-party plugins, we are unable to address them, as each plugin has its own dedicated support team. We kindly encourage you to reach out to the respective plugin developers for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support policy.

    Best regards,
