Hello there. I have a problem that I’ve been trying to fix since yesterday but was never able to solve. After installing the theme, CPU usage values do not fall below 80%. Everything is too slow. I can not do anything. I also talked to our system administrator, he said that this may be due to the theme. At first, I did not believe that the theme would cause such a problem. I thought it was from the server and talked to my server service. Digital ocean said that he did not see any problems, but that it is not normal for the cpu usage values to be like this. Then I tested the system files on a different server. Until I installed the theme, the CPU was working with an average of 10%, but immediately after installing it, it went above 80 percent CPU usage. And I think mysql is constantly resetting itself. I am getting 502 errors. The homepage is constantly giving ajax error. I’m pretty sure there’s something wrong with the theme right now. I’m so tired and I don’t want to deal with it anymore.
Please take action and correct it.

Hello,
Take our apologies for the delay in answering. Go to Appearance > Widgets and remove Product Status widget from the shop sidebar https://prnt.sc/1y99vym
Check the CUP usage after that and let me know about results.

we need urgent help. please do not wait 24 hours to reply. When I review the forum, you reply in 10-15 minutes on average. We expect the same urgency.
Hello,
Could you get information on what requests uses the whole CPU on your site from your hosting provider? They should have some detailed reports. At this moment we don’t understand what theme option could cause the mentioned issue. So, we need to detect what exactly causes the issue to fix that.
Regards
I talk with digital ocean customer service and they said “This problem is not our thing. and they said we can’t fix it from here” And the reason why we want you to review is there is no problem with the default theme. whenever we install your theme the system explodes.
When we publish the site with a different theme, the CPU works at an average of 20-30%. When we install the Xstore theme, the CPU usage 100%.
We also tested this on a different server, the problem only happens when we install Xstore theme. We are sure of that.
Also we install “Booter – Bots & Crawlers Manager” plugin, the CPU returns to normal while using Xstore theme.
What we understand here is that there is a problem between our store and the xstore theme. We ask you to check this and help us resolve it. We want to use your theme. But the CPU issue needs to be resolved. Maybe this is a simple problem. Please fix this.
Hello,
We do not ask the hosting provider to fix anything. We just need more information about the reasons of the issue (requests that cause the mentioned problem).
Anything that would point us to the right direction.
Also, please ask your host to enable shell_exec() function and give it executable permission to allow us to check CPU usage from Dashboard.
Regards
Understood. But I talked to them, they don’t know exactly what the problem is. All we know is that when the bot plugin works, the cpu returns to normal. The problem must be here somewhere. We can authorize you to enter and check. Maybe you can see something we can’t see.
Hello,
Ask your host to enable shell_exec() function and give it executable permission to allow us to check CPU usage from Dashboard https://gyazo.com/e132f54e1ad60143f1d58f43efb9a6b8

can we do this? Or does the hosting company have to do it?
Hello,
It’s related to server settings. If you know how to do this and have the necessary permissions you can do this by yourself. If not then contact your hosting support.
Regards
Okey we did. Check now please.
anything news?
Hello,
Thank you. I checked your site with the default theme and disabled core plugin and CPU usage is still over 90% https://recordit.co/sNG7Px47bu It means that no matter if our theme is activated or not it’s high.
It would be better to talk with your hosting provider about that.
Regards
We tested it on a different server with the default theme. CPU worked normally. But some visuals did not appear there either. Then we activated your theme. Images came but CPU was 100%.
So if the problem was hosting, the CPU should be at 100% in your contact. You say you tested it. But even if you remove the theme, some files of the theme remain in the background, so the CPU continues to increase.
Here is my solution; find the problem between the theme and the store. Is there something incompatible?
Hello,
If you deactivate the theme and XStore core plugin then any of the theme files do not load on the background because it’s not possible.
You can log in to Dashboard and go to the section that I sent you in the video and check by yourself. With our theme and with the default theme.
I see that no matter what theme is active CPU is high. Not always but often.
Regards
Check the private.
Hello,
I don’t think.
Read these posts, maybe it help you to find the reason

we need to setup nginx?
Hello there. I did everything you said. even because I think there may be a problem with my own data and database. I created a database from scratch and uploaded 10 products from the dump. I tested it with another theme first and the processor continued with an average of 30% cpu usage. Whenever I install your theme, the CPU usage goes straight to 100 percent. After doing all this, I thought that there would be a problem with the server, and I rented another server with 4 cores and 8 gb ram from a different server service. I installed wordpress from scratch again and installed 10 products from scratch in my hand. Then I installed one of the default and free themes of wordpress. Again, the processor continued to work with an average of ten to fifteen percent. and then i installed your theme and the processor goes up to 100% again. Please assign one of your employees to this job and support us. I’m sure there is a problem with the theme.
One of the questions in my mind is this. We have more than 2,500 products and nearly 25k product images. Could this be putting too much load on the system? Could this be why the system goes down when I install the theme?
Also, what kind of system should we choose for sites with an average of 2500 products and 25k images? Is it a dedicated server? Or is a shared 4-core 8gb ram server enough? Can you give me information about this too?
No matter what I do, the problem is not solved. I want to return the theme. Can we complete the process please?
Check the link please: https://ibb.co/gVWxNv6
Is it mean 2 themes installed on top of each other? Why are there 2 of everything?
Also how can I delete all the files of the theme? Even if I remove the theme, it still appears on the homepage. I activate another theme, delete the xstore theme. But the view on the homepage does not change.
IMPORTANT:
Step 1: I switched the server to the best package. I cleared all the caches. Installed the Rey theme. 50 people entered the website at the same time and the CPU was running at an average of 30%.
Step 2: Then I deleted the Rey theme, installed the xstore marselle03 theme again. 5 people entered the website and the CPU was 100%. The site is very slow and collections are not opening.
This time it is clearly seen that the problem is in the theme. Could you please check it? If you figure out what the problem is and fix it, we will use xstore theme. If not resolved we will refund.

On testing tools such as GTmetrix the results are not so bad -> https://gtmetrix.com/reports/cosmiquestudio.com/64Lc118t/
Could you share a tool to check the CPU? We would be very thankful.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. In your case menu items were imported 2 times, so go to Appearance > Menus and delete duplicated items.

Clear cache and check now.

I did and its working now! THANK YOU ROSE! I’m checking other settings now. I’m going to put 50 users on the site and test it. I hope the cpu works under 30%.
Ctrl + z is not working. How can use it? I want to undo an action I made with the keyboard.
