So number one homepage doesn’t display like the photo, i installed demo pages and even from reading previous forums it works when you put [etheme_recent_products per_page=”9″ columns=”3″] but it looks horrible.
Woocommerce says the theme is using an old version in the theme
    Theres no products pages
demo data doesnt full install says an error

    Hello,

You can make style changes in custom.css file.
To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/xmarket directory via FTP and enable it in Xmarket – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.
If you need to modify some theme files then you have to use child theme and copy modified files in child theme folder. In this case style changes should be made in style.css file of the child theme.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Nothing was changed in php or css files, so there is nothing to transfer into a child theme.

    Thank you.

Why is it that I can reply but not start my owm post? I have been trying to communicate with you guys for three days now. This system sucks.

Here is all my comments to date and your replies (If you like to call them that)

I’m having an issue with your theme after the Woocommerce update. The add to cart button disappeared. And the products will not show on the shop page. There should be 5pages of products. When I view the products via the admin “View Page” it all looks fine.

I have updated the theme, WP plugins nothing works.

    Please help. http://www.experioninst.com/product-category/antiques/

You will see that I have 5 pages but NONE of the products show and if you look at a single product page the add to cart button is missing.

I now noticed after looking through the status page you have many Woocommerce overrides that are OUT OF DATE. Why haven’t you updated this theme. You shouldn’t still be selling it if it’s not working correctly. Please reply ASAP. My client is going nuts.

    Hello, @pxmedia

Sorry for delay. We have checked your account and you should be able to create topic. What error do you get while press create topic button?

You have updated woocommerce and theme, but previous version of theme includes a lot of files that are not necessary in current version.
    How you could fix it:
    1) delete wp-content/themes/xmarket/woocommerce folder (to remove all the out date files)
    2) upload xmarket/woocommerce folder from new theme version instead of deleted one (to add only necessary files in our theme)

Or provide FTP access to your site in Private content and we’ll help you with this.

    Regards,
    Olga Barlow

If I could send a image. You will find that what you want me to click on for creating a topic does not exist on my browser. Why did you turn off attachments? I can’t send you the screen cap so you can see this problem?
