After importing the demo when I first go to the home page, the footer is blue. Hi..
I cleared the cache and viewed it on multiple different devices. The issue is still there. Initially the blue footer cloud trim appeared but now it does not appear on any device.

Hi,

Theme options > General > Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery page builder” on every page > On. Clear cache and check one more time.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access.

The suggested steps did not solve the problem. The footer does appear on each page; however, when you leave the page and come back the footer is gone. Also, the “shopping icon” (top right corner) is now gone. There appears to be a glitch.

Hello,

1) Please clear cache and check now.
2) Disable “Just Catalog” in Theme Options > Shop.

It still wasn’t working probably. I am trying to change the Woopress theme. Can you provide guidance and/or instructions for installing a different one of the Woopress themes (LookBook)? I tried but it is still showing fragments of the other theme.

Hello,

You can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ to remove all the existing content and install new version from scratch.
