    Hello,
    First off, love the theme. However, we have had a problem with our images disappearing on refresh and infinite loading of animations, which we have disabled. We are running sitegound Speed Optimizer plugin and disabled “Lazy Loading” on Elementor and Xcore.

    Siteground tech support narrowed it down to the Xcore plugin. Can you guys take a look?

    Much Appreciated,
    Shade.Shop

    SITEGROUND:
    The issue with the images is that I’m afraid I do not see a way to fix this without disabling the “XStore Core” plugin. When the images are initially requested, the following HTML content is loaded and all is well (note that the HTML contains the links for the images):

    <div class="elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-27baf67d" data-id="27baf67d" data-element_type="column" data-settings="{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}">
        <div class="elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated">
            <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-5d4161e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image" data-id="5d4161e0" data-element_type="widget" data-settings="{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}" data-widget_type="image.default">
                <div class="elementor-widget-container">
                    <style>
                        /*! elementor - v3.23.0 - 05-08-2024 *
                        .elementor-widget-image {
                            text-align: center;
                        }

                        .elementor-widget-image a {
                            display: inline-block;
                        }

                        .elementor-widget-image a img[src$=".svg"] {
                            width: 48px;
                        }

                        .elementor-widget-image img {
                            vertical-align: middle;
                            display: inline-block;
                        }
                    </style>
                    <img width="2048" height="1536" src="https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1.jpg" class="attachment-full size-full wp-image-10726" alt="" loading="lazy" srcset="https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1.jpg 2048w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-300x225.jpg 300w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-768x576.jpg 768w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-600x450.jpg 600w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-1x1.jpg 1w, https://staging2.shade.shop/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Application_Hero_Image_RF-SAT-AS_1-10x8.jpg 10w" sizes="(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px">

            </div>
        </div>
    </div>

    SITEGROUND:
    But, when the page is refreshed, the theme and the plugin are replacing the HTML content with the following (resulting in a blank/white object):

    <div class="elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-27baf67d" data-id="27baf67d" data-element_type="column" data-settings="{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}">
        <div class="elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated">
            <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-5d4161e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image" data-id="5d4161e0" data-element_type="widget" data-settings="{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}" data-widget_type="image.default">
                <div class="elementor-widget-container">
                    <style>
                        /*! elementor - v3.23.0 - 05-08-2024 *
                        .elementor-widget-image {
                            text-align: center;
                        }

                        .elementor-widget-image a {
                            display: inline-block;
                        }

                        .elementor-widget-image a img[src$=".svg"] {
                            width: 48px;
                        }

                        .elementor-widget-image img {
                            vertical-align: middle;
                            display: inline-block;
                        }
                    </style>
                    <span class="etheme-ajaxify-lazy-wrapper etheme-ajaxify-replace" data-type="elementor" data-request="WyJlbGVtZW50b3IiLDE1LCI5MWJiYWRjNCJd"></span>
                </div>
            </div>
        </div>
    </div>

    SITEGROUND:
    This looks like it is related to a “lazy loading” feature of the theme and/or plugin but Lazy loading is already disabled via the dashboard -> Xstore -> Theme Options -> Speed Optimization -> Image loading type (it is currently set to “default” and not “lazy”).

    If you do not really need the plugin, you may want to simply disable it. If you know what exact version of the plugin works properly with your site, we can downgrade it to said version using wp-cli. We would just need you to confirm and to provide the exact version (the current one is 5.3.17).

    In any case, please contact the creators of the software for more information. Feel free to forward any of the above information to them if you believe it will help. If they suggest any server-side changes with which you need assistance, we will be happy to consider them as long as they specify exactly what they require and as long as the hosting environment allows it.

    Hi @digliv,

    Sorry for the late response.

    We couldn’t reproduce this issue on our end: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/30447144?key=95076ee7ac8446461c3bdc61f3fd3368

    Did you sort it out already?

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
