    Hello,

To add a new parallax you need create a row->then go to row settings->Background->Background Style and select Image/Parallax.

You can import this page to check yourself. (Theme Options->Import/Export->FullWidth template).
After importing navigate to Pages->Edit Fullwidth page and you’ll see this five banners.

IF YOU ACTUALLY CHECKED MY SITE YOU WOULD SEE THAT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE DONE HOWEVER IT IS NOT THE LAYOUT DISPLAYING ON MY SITE. I ONLY HAVE 3 BUTTONS AND NOW FOR SOME REASON I HAVE A SEARCH WIDGET THERE THAT IS COMPLETELY MUCKING UP THE ENTIRE PAGE LAYOUT.

YOU HAVE THE ADMIN DETAILS – COULD YOU PLEASE CHECK THIS AND HAVE THE TEMPLATE CORRECTLY INSTALLED WITH THE LAYOUT WITH THE 5 BUTTONS AS WHEN I DO IT I ONLY GET THREE BUTTONS

ok there now seems to be a massive issue with the site load time???

what about the banners for the slider?
why is the shop product not loading to the homepage?
how do we create headings for
why is the Stay Tuned subscribe box not there?
why is there a white banner above the my account/login banner?

This is really frustrating – I have spent two days on this now and also all the changes that I made yesterday have been lost by you loading the new template.

There are a heap of new issues and the load time is of huge concern. I really need to finish this urgently and work out if it is worth continuing to try and make this template work or not. This is a very long time to be facing such a large number of issues.

    PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY

    Hello,

You can change Home Page to your previous page in Settings->Reading->Front Page.

We’ve imported this FullWidth template and now you can see as these banners built in page settings.

Also products on Home Page loading fine. http://prntscr.com/8lratw

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    did you actually check this??

the sidebar is showing still on the homepage and the internal pages

I am worried about you turning off the sidebar for the internal pages – we will need it for some of them. it should be that if there are no widgets assigned that the page resizes automatically. I’m starting to be very concerned that your template is very buggy and we are spending a huge amount of time going back and forth.

If you refreshed and checked the site yourself you would see the sidebar issue on the homepage and the internal pages

You can use sidebar option by yourself and check this issue.
I’ve disabled sidebar again. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/8lrhqs and http://prntscr.com/8lrhwu

    Robert Hall.
