    Hello,

Please ask your hosting provider to enable ZipArchive extension on a server and we’ll import slider.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

Sorry, but still the same error:
Error: Wrong export slider file format! This could be caused because the ZipArchive extension is not enabled.

You should check it with your hosting provider.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Can you please check if you are still facing any issues?

If so please let me know how we can recreate the issue for you so that I can get this resolved

    Hello,

    Sorry, but still the same.
I’ve sent slider archive to your email address so you can try to import it yourself.
    Please check your mailbox.

When importing select “overwrite” for “Custom Animations” and “Static Styles”.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Guys

I am having trouble with the revolution slider. When I edit the text of the slider and save the text down on the time line does not change. Next time I go to edit the text the text I have added disappears and the slider reverts back to the template text!

How do I fix this? What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check slider after that. Also check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme too (Twenty Fifteen for example).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

I’ve just tried to edit text in a slide and the changes are saved successfully. I don’t see any issues.
Try to clear browser cache and check again.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
