On the homepage of the theme there is an area above the slider with the details:

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION? CALL: (555) 343 458 | GET 15% OFF WHEN YOU SPEND OVER $100 | FREE SHIPPING! ALL ORDERS OVER $199

It has a border around it and in three columns. How can I achieve this?
