The home page of my website is not showing properly when there is no www. in front of the URL. This is only a problem for the homepage and not for any other page. This suddenly happened after updating some plugins and the theme update, so I don’t know what to do know. Hope you can help me fix it!

    Hello thelaunch,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for contacting our support center.

We have reviewed your website and have not identified any issues. The home page of your website appears to be functioning correctly. This is likely a caching issue on your end. We suggest that you clear your browser cache and check again.

We have also recorded a video for your reference. Please watch it in its entirety for further assistance. https://www.veed.io/view/92ab3697-d113-41be-bb3b-797a73a67487?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    We hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

I already tried caching the website, but that’s not the solution.

I just found out that the problem only appears when there is not www. in front of the url of the home page. So it seems like a redirect issue. How do I solve that?

    Hello, Thelaunch,

    Thank you for the response.

No forced redirects related to www or non-www have been added to our theme at the beginning of your URLs, so the mentioned situation isn’t caused by our theme.
1/ Please check all the plugins you have installed and determine if any of them is causing the issue.
2/ It is also likely that certain conditions have been set in the .htaccess file on the server. Please contact your hosting provider for further information and to get assistance.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
