    “Hey folks,

I’m using the XStore theme and designing with Elementor. Here’s my issue: when I add new content with Elementor, it looks fine in the editor. However, when I view it on the live site, things are off. The content is there, but the styles (CSS) aren’t showing up, images are missing, and the overall structure looks irregular and messy.

I’m puzzled as to why this is happening. Has anyone else faced this? Could really use some guidance here.

    Thanks!”

    Hello, @ijlal,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1) Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

    2) Please go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

    3) If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
