Hello,
1.Logo
I have problem with logo in SVG format on mobile devices (tested on Samsung Galaxy s22, Google Chrome browser) it’s not visible please check whats happen – here is screen from my device:
When I tested on PC (Google Chrome browser – inspect > Toggle device) I see that it’s visible normally: I tried clear cache and change SVG settings but it’s the same result. It’s interesting because my category have svg images too and it’s visible on every devices.
2.Template
I have problem with customization my template because when I’m apply all changes on elementor it’s look like ok here, but when I’m enter to the preview on website the settings are replaced with xstore css styles – and only way to fix that it’s replaced manually in css with !important settings. The same problem is on XStore theme setttings panel when I change the color it’s visible on editor but on preview website it’s not works. Screenshoot from website and editor: Thank you.
template: Grocery Market, XStore version: 8.2.3
Hello, @Przemysław,
1.. I have checked your site on the galaxy s22 resolution logo appears just fine there is no issue here is the video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/64toqe
2, Cache issue. Once a thing is working fine in the backend then it should work fine on the frontend too. If it’s not, it’s possible a cache issue because sometimes when the cache got strong on the server it will load your site from the cache and show you the old preview and the changes that you have made in the backend of the editor or in the theme options doesn’t appear so in this case you have to first flush all of the server cache and your site cache from hosting completely after that disable the cache plugins too. I can see that you are using the W3 Total Cache plugin once you disable all the cache plugins check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hello,
1. Thank you for your respond but it’s not works. Please don’t use a developer tool, use real device because here is a problem. You can check that on website: https://www.browserstack.com/responsive
I see that problem is with Android devices because on iOS it works – I try flush all cache many time but still logo it’s invisible. I tested that website on few browsers: Chrome/Firefox logo it’s invisible but on Edge it’s visible on my phone. Here are screens:
2. Clearing cache don’t helps – still deafult xstore banner background, my settings it’s not apply. It’s possible to help me remotely? In my opinion that template it’s not work correctly and If you can’t help me I want money back.
