Homepage Products Not Loading and Lines Before Loader

Hi hope you are well, I just need some assistance with my site. when it’s loading the home page it shows up with these blue lines and I can’t figure out where to remove them, and also on the home page the second set of products are not loading, when we edit through elementor they are there but live page view doesnt load

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Hello, Jamal,

We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ We’ve checked and the gradient doesn’t come from our theme settings. Even when the Storefront theme is activated on your site, there is a blue gradient.
It can be added by a plugin, custom code, or something else. We can’t say for sure, because it is independent of XStore.

2/ Please check the products on the Home page now. We’ve disabled Ajaxify in the element settings.
